I love helping others to take on their own big hairy audacious goals - whether it's running their first 5km or tackling a 100 mile ultra.

 

I believe the best and safest way to get results is through a personalised approach which takes into consideration the athlete's goals, running experience, current fitness and lifestyle. I develop plans which are varied, fun and which fit in with your lifestyle. 

 

I offer two personalised options for athletes:

Custom Training Plan

  • Up to 12 week personalised training plan, building towards your goal race

  • Initial phone call or meeting to discuss goals, running experience, upcoming events, lifestyle, and goal race

  • Review of recent training and current fitness

  • Detailed description of each session provided including distances and rate of perceived exertion (RPE)  

  • $120 per plan

Personalised Coaching 

  • Ongoing coaching with weekly interaction and guidance to help you smash your goals

  • Initial phone call or meeting to discuss goals, running experience, current fitness, upcoming events, lifestyle, and goal race

  • Training plan provided every fortnight based upon previous fortnight of training. Plan can be updated at any time if required

  • Detailed description of each session provided including target paces and/or intensity

  • Advice on race planning, lifestyle and cross training

  • Unlimited communication via text message/messenger or email

  • $100 per month
